I've conducted ROI analysis and managed critical programs including sales goals and compensation structures, CRM tool deployment, and e-commerce expansion. I have hired, trained and managed high-performing teams and cultivated relationships with key strategic accounts. My greatest achievements have been my customer’s successes and my team’s successes. My personal goal is to be an influencer in a dynamic industry of change.
I have 25+ years experience and a proven track record for building new jewelry lines, revitalizing existing ones, and driving geometric revenue growth. Always business focused, I’ve built efficient and effective Product Development teams, producing commercially viable product, cost efficient internal systems, processes and analytics to manage the complete life cycle. My passion is jewelry, whether it be diamond, gemstone, platinum or gold, all categories, all markets.

My professional career began with 10 years at Nordstrom, where I held roles including jewelry & accessories buyer, financial analyst, and project portfolio manager, and was tapped to serve as the category manager for Nordstrom.com’s launch. Most recently I served as Sr. Category Merchant Manager for Amazon’s US jewelry business. My strengths include strategic planning, data analysis, and challenging assumptions. I delight in helping jewelry companies maximize their online success.
Over my career in the jewelry industry, I’ve remained focused on driving sales revenue while honing my hallmark skills of business development, merchandising, pricing and trend analysis. In my most recent position as Vice President of E-commerce Sales, I proved it’s possible to bring traditional jewelry merchants into the 21st century through fast and profitable expansion into multiple global online sales channels. I know how to pull out all the stops when it comes to e-commerce! From storefronts on eBay, Walmart, Amazon and other marketplaces, to flash sales on Groupon and Gilt, and more. I bring this diverse experience to my 21C clients, helping them identify the venues where they will realize the greatest success with their specific product lines.
